GENERAL TERMS

These terms apply to the items sold on this website and the Instagram shown above. Keep in mind that the conditions may be adjusted when necessary, so always check this page before purchasing any of our goods.
All your customer data is protected and does not get disclosed to any third parties.

AVAILABILITY

We will ensure that the webshop does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. In the event that your ordered items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we can.

PRIVACY

All the information you provide to Paradice is strictly private and confidential. We do not disclose any information to third parties.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned.

You are allowed to return your product in case it’s not to your liking. This is within 14 days of receiving it, and the shipping costs will be yours.
If you want to return your product, make sure it hasn’t been worn or used in any way. The original packaging and labeling has to remain complete. Also, contact us first (mylittleparadice@gmail.com) to make sure returning the product will go as planned. 

Please note: discounted products cannot be returned.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

We ship worldwide. Delivery costs are shown when selecting your country while checking out.  Generally, delivery times in the Netherlands range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the nature of the order. Pre-orders take longer than stock orders. For international shipping the delivery might take a week longer. You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day your order has been shipped. Contact us for questions about specifics.
